我是 Jane Chang（張家甄），Photo Recipe 的創辦人。

       我是一個在台南美食文化中成長的孩子，對於食物的敏銳直覺，是我與生俱來的 DNA。也是超過 40 隻貓的送養中途的愛媽。對我而言，生命與食物一樣，都值得被溫柔以待。這種對生命的共感，讓我對「食慾」與「視覺」的理解多了一份溫度。

        從電商實戰到國際金獎 ，2013 年投身攝影至今十二年，我的職業生涯起步於節奏最快、要求最精準的電商領域。在最初的四年內，我累積了超過 2,800 間店家的拍攝經驗。這段高壓力的實戰磨練，讓我學會如何在極致的效率中，精準捕捉食物最誘人的瞬間。而這份堅韌的台灣職人精神，帶領我走向國際，🏆中國 IPA 國際攝影獎 - 年度廣告攝影師 (Advertising Photographer of the Year) 🏆 Px3 法國巴黎攝影大賽 - 金、銀、銅獎 全數榮譽 🏆 TIFA、MIFA、IPA 等多項國際賽事美食與廣告類金獎肯定。

        從美國 UberEats 合作攝影師的國際規範，到現在身為 Canon Taiwan 與 Profoto 的官方合作代言人，我始終堅持將「食物造型設計」與「高階攝影技術」結合。

        專業，始於對價值的堅持，我追求極致的光影表現，但我更守護專業的底線。在 Photo Recipe，我們深信美食攝影是激發食慾、創造需求的商業藝術，但這份美不應建立在苦難之上。因此，我們堅持：

As a dedicated animal rescuer who has rehomed over 40 cats, I believe visual beauty should never come from suffering. Therefore, Photo Recipe maintains a strict policy against photographing inhumane products such as shark fin or foie gras.
